Dedicated to the memory of Hazel
Peacefully on 14th July at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Hazel, aged 87 years, of Dan y Coed, Pencoed. A dearly loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Hazel will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
